Anyway Marinera, you don’t believe stretching your ligs with yield length gains? That was the original question after all :D
I was hoping to see at least a 1/4 inch gain within a few months (newbie hanging gains) from hanging and jelqing 3 days on 2 days off. Of course It’s all Hope haha.
Another question. Would jumping on and off PE condition your unit to not gain? I Thought I read that somewhere a long time ago but can’t remember. If so I’m screwed!
