Doesn't make sense..
Regardless of the type of wrap configuration I use, I still get more of a skin stretch than ligament stretch. It doesn’t make sense how wrapping is supposed to prevent this from occuring since the wraps aren’t applied to a solid mass.
I’m cloth wrapping 1” behind the head and swim cap wrapping .25” behind the cloth wrapping. Even with this proven technique I still can’t hang for more than 5 minutes due to the unbearable skin stretch pain. Does anybody know if I’m missing some vital here?
