Dry clean heating methods

I have no microwave available, nor can I use any kind of water for warming up the ligs, anyone have any ideas? An infared lamp is also out of the question, because I need to be discreet. This needs to be the kind of thing I can do while in my room after hours. Thanks in advance!

Get a an electric heating pad (less than $20) or a hot water bottle (dry once the cap is sealed).

I use an electric infrared heating pad. It works great and really heats Mr. Johnson up well.

Try a gel filled hot/cold pad. You can get them at any medical supply store and they’re dirt cheap.

For the discretion issue tell the nosy ones that you suffer from sore back muscles (who doesn’t these days).

Understand these pads get terribly hot. So follow directions carefully, OK?
