I have no problem… you’re entitled to your view points. I don’t doubt your success and how you’ve achieved it. I too have read countless posts, and emails we get daily, along with listening to phone calls. I’d venture to say that I’ve probably answered more emails, phone calls and PM’s than yourself. If you have an objective eye, it’s not difficult to see the percentage of posts on this and other PE forums from guys who have tried the light weight / extended wear time protocol for thousands of hours and had no gains at all. Even guys who’s methods / devices I disagree with like Mr. BiB has said light weight won’t get the job done…. granted there are rare exceptions.So don’t take offense when I refer to you as one of the “lucky ones”. Until you have had as many conversations with surgeons who have told me what they see when they cut, I don’t think you’re qualified to definitively say light weight will produce a 2” gain for everyone who does what you did.
As for you being able to duplicate what I manufacture for $50 bucks, I’d like to see that! You don’t know what you don’t know.
i was doing up to 20lbs and i didnt experience too much but lots of turtling
now i do a proper warm up, with only 2.5lbs, for a longer period of time, and it works just fine
i dont have the ability to do it all day everyday like one really needs to in order to get full results
but if i could, i have no doubt in my mind that I could make good gains with no more than 5lbs for months
eventually the weight would have to increase of course
