Posting this for your convenience, I wear three shaft collars, each are 5.70oz 2-1/4” o.d. 1-3/8” i.d. all day long with breaks as needed. They work and are amazing.

I have used ball stretcher rings and golf swing weights and they work well but I had never heard of shaft collars so I looked them up and there very inexpensive. I’m going to buy a few and see what there like, great idea.

What do you wear under them to prevent skin pinch?
When you have to urinate you’ve got to remove them with an allen wrench. I know you can find various sizes on McMaster Carr.

I’ve filed all edges and rounded out all three of them out to get rid of most skin irritation, I use 3m foam tape as a cushion on the inside. I’ve welded 2 of the 3 I use together which helps hold them in place. I wear it back off the glans a bit and use a sock to wrap it up. I still have issues sometimes where it slips too close to the head, I bunch up skin and the sock to provide a comfortable “stop” for the weight. Most days I can set it and leave it on for 8-10 hours, Others I have to keep adjusting it. It’s on so loose that its comfortable and I can easily urinate through them.

With these you have to put them on loose, pull your penis out with them on to get it to stretch, then lightly finger tighten them until the screws stop. If done correctly it’ll sit there comfortably and you won’t have any circulation or urination issues.

Did you gain any length from using this as an ADS? If yes how long did it take to gain?

Because of the way my penis has gained I only pay attention to my BPFSL gains. 8-12 hours a day, started at a 1/2lb of these in March. An easy .75” since then. There are no healing breaks, but when I start taking healing days and work on making this permanent my BPFSL will become my BPEL. I’ll probably lose a 1/4” like before too. I’m at 9.25” BPFSL currently.

Your healing break is just doing nothing for a week or two? I find my eq is better after I take a break.
I might give these a try did you buy them online or at a shop?

My EQ has been through the roof because of this. I don’t take breaks per the idea of what BIB has said. Amazon.

I am also in the camp of taking no breaks. I wear these same kind of weights, daily. sometimes for hours and sometimes only for an hour. It depends on what I am doing. I have not suffered any EQ issues and have sex daily.

Not many PE practitioners have a weld shop or machine shop at their disposal…. MacGyver DIY can save you money if you have the equipment and skills.

Welding them together isn’t a must do thing, just makes it a little more convenient. I dont know if going past 3 of these (1lb) is really going to happen anyway so, for me, I think I’m going to figure out a better way of applying them. Probably something along the lines of welding rods on them and making something that looks like an extender. That would allow me to space them out and not have all the weight trying to press on the back of the glans. To me the biggest thing is keeping them away from the glans.

A weighted ring of 1-2 lbs isn’t really going to generate any significant gains. That amount of weight is just too light. I’d only consider it a supplemental way to keep your flaccid penis from retracting.

It actually has produced good gains. There are others on here that have made gains wearing an all day hanger also. There are even old threads that confirm it with studies on prolonged lite tractional force being applied and producing cell division. Doing a search on your own will produce the same threads as I have read. PEgym has plenty of hidden information on it too as well as users stating they have gained from it also.

My first two inches (6”-8”) were made with nothing more then 5lbs at the heaviest and doing a 3 on 2 off routine. There are those that require heavy weight and there are those that don’t. Hanging is more about time and less about weight. That’s why I wear these 8-12 hours a day every day.
