It’s not hidden in the dark it is just a Kegel’s. There isn’t anything ‘reversed’ in what you are doing.

Oh this thread isn’t a huge debate on the dangers/benefits of reverse kegeling :)

You are on 2 medications that cause sexual dysfunction. If effexor is for depression you might want to ask your doctor about wellbutrin or other options. If you’re taking finasteride for male pattern baldness just go bald already haha. You can always save up and get some hair sewn in. It can cause depression too. If its for BPH keep taking it.

DLD and others have done these when stretching. Hold a kegel for 5 seconds and then reverse kegel for 5 seconds. Simple yet elegant no? As you can see that would slowlu build it up. Also when peeing, if you don’t have any urological disease, pee harder than you normally would, try to sound of your stream hitting the water louder. Don’t let it trail off before you stop. Let it be a constant blast until you run out of pee.

People forget your body is adaptable and strength can be built up.

I like to do these when edging. I do a reverse kegel on the downstroke towards the base and kegel on the upstroke towards the head. You will build up a rhythm. If you edge and balloon enough with these it will become second nature and you can use this setup to cum whenever you want. And yes when you do cum it will be magnificant. Take what you learn by yourself and share the love with your partner/s again and again.

Your EQ issue is most likely due to intense hanging. Intense stretching/hanging/extending regimens lower EQ in most of men.

Haha, no that wasn’t its intention anyway but I don’t mind a change of topic!

I don’t think its the medications as much.. I’m used to erections not quite being 100% as to where I’d like while on my back specifically, this is a bit different. I also just recently lowered both medications and saw some really big improvements in EQ.. and then as my PE routine went on it got worse.

I’m gathering my medications contribute but aren’t the sole cause right now.. I already had a hair transplant so I’m a step ahead of you. Also spoke to the Dr. about Wellbutrin and its not great for someone with anxiety but I may pick up that conversation in the future.

I noticed a decline in correlation with the soreness at the base of my penis on top of the shaft from hanging. I went about 7 weeks without missing a day for 2 hours of hanging so I’m thinking it has something to do with it.

I was interested in hearing peoples training splits, 2 days on 1 day off.. 3 on 2 off.. etc etc.. to see how others combat this issue.

Whats the point of PE if its not big AND hard right?

I’m trying the reverse kegels, will make them a part of my routine as well when I resume.

*I also noticed I may have pulled a muscle near where the kegeling muscle is the other day which also may have something to do with it.

That’s what I’m thinking Marinera.

Is there anything you recommend to combat this?

The logical answer for me is to break up the PE with some rest days, but I’d like to hear your thoughts.

That would fix it. Light jelqing would help. If you are after length, periods of low EQ are hard to avoid. If you want always good EQ, you have to resign to slower length gains. At least this is true for a vast percentage of men IMO:

After a few days rest EQ is better, not great. Also woke up with some semi-morning-wood last 2 days which was great.

I have to say, I was rubbing one out in the shower yesterday and I did the legal and reverse kegels and they were awesome.

Not quite sure why they’re working, but they seem to help EQ a lot.

The base of my penis is still a bit sore, the ligaments I think too.

Do you guys think I should resume hanging while its still a little sore or wait until its completely better?

I haven’t hung for 3 days now.

I’m glad to hear its working for you! If its bothering you not to have that EQ I would, you’re penis might need the break. Also you could try to do a girth workout instead of length and then go back to length the next day or two. I know for me sometimes that will bring better EQ for me.

As far as hanging while sore thats usually a goal of mine so that I can “ride the fatigue”.

EQ is definitely an issue for me so I’m thinking I’ll jelq again today and then hang tomorrow and see how it feels.

Maybe a 2 days hanging/ 1 day light jelqing split might be a good idea for me.

Yeah 6 sets daily might be too much for you right now. Jelqing will help with length and EQ too as it promotes overall penile health. I think that could work for you. I highly recommend you, and every one for that matter, to keep a log. That way you can track your progress, spot any holes in your routine and find out what works for you. I see you jelqed before with your hanging so that was good. I would bring your question to Bib as maybe you need to change some settings to your hanger or wrap as well. I never hung with the Bib but even with Vacuum hangers if I overdid it my EQ would suffer for a little bit. The bib is a compression hanger so I would assume the threat of lowered EQ might be greater. Also how often are you masturbating or watching porn?

Yup I’ve been keeping a really in depth log for the last 7+ weeks. At the end of week 8 I’m going to update my progress log as I’m only measuring once every 4 weeks so I don’t live by the ruler.

I don’t watch a lot of porn but sometimes after PE to see how big and hard I can get I will.

I’m thinking light stretching and jelqing until the soreness goes away might be a good idea. I’d love for Bib to chime in on this thread but I think I may need to go on his site and email him directly, I don’t think he posts here too often anymore.

I imagine there will be some soreness in relation to hanging, I guess the question now is how long do I wait before I resume.
