Erection Quality Issues// Hanging with Bib// Days off?

Masturbated once a day for the last few days to gauge EQ. I would say I masturbate once a day or less.. Probably more like once every 2 days.

Yeah it doesn’t sound excessive and you’ve said you’re not experiencing any difficulties during sex so I don’t think its psychological either. It will come back just keep it light and give it time. Maybe do a girth routine and then take a day off and see what happens.

I got an E-Mail from Bib saying the soreness was good and hanging with the soreness was good too as it means I’m deforming the ligaments.

He also said EQ will go up and down but nothing too specific about it. I think I’m going to have to feel this one out for myself.

I wish some other hangers would share their experiences w fatigue vs. erection quality etc etc..

No sense in having a big dick if its not a big hard dick.

I took a few days off and the soreness is less but still there, I’m going to try a few sets and see how I feel followed by some light jelqing.

I’m not really well versed in kegals but I do have some other methods that have helped me maintain decent EQ. Seems like a decrease in EQ goes hand in hand with daily hanging sets. That doesn’t mean you should have problems getting it up when you really need to, but maybe your morning wood isn’t as intense or even existent some days. My drop in EQ hasn’t been too significant since I added jelqing to my routine, but the frequency of erections has decreased slightly. To make sure I can still get a decent erection, and for a variety of other reasons, I try to go as many days as I can without masturbating. Actually, before PE, when I used to masturbate every day or every other day, my average EQ wasn’t all that great now that I think about it. I’m 23 too, so it shouldn’t be an issue at my age. So I’d say try to masturbate less if possible and see if that helps, and don’t be too concerned if you experience a slight decrease in EQ while hanging 6 sets a day, since it’s to be expected. Also I think it’s important to have off days when jelqing, maybe 2 on 1 off or jelq throughout the week and take the weekend off- my EQ generally peaks on those rest days.

Lastly, how would you describe your current mental state? When I’m feeling bad/ anxious/ lethargic my EQ definitely suffers.

My EQ has been up and down. I also am very over weight so I am sure that doesn’t help.
When I really hang a lot of sets or return to hanging after missing multiple days my EQ might drop a bit. However, when I take days off my EQ is back to normal.

Also when my routine stabilizes my EQ gets back to normal. It seems to me it is more of a shock to the system thing that diminishes my EQ.

I think part of it is that I may have gone up in weight to quickly. I’m only using 8lbs but I’m confident I can reach fatigue with less weight so I’m going to take it down a bit and see where my EQ is then.

Definitely going to try and cut down on masturbating too, I usually only do it once a day but I’ll try and go for even less.

I’ve been keeping my jelqs light lately to see where that leads me too, making sure not to be squeezing too hard.

I almost experience similar problem that you are experiencing.

Started jelq/stretch since mid June. After 60 days of penile conditioning, I bot bib starter and started hanging with 3 and 6 lbs.

While doing jelqing/stretching, my EQ was best. But after bib hanging, I experienced drastic loss of EQ. I did 3 sets of 20 mins with ace band and theraband wrapping. After 10 days of hanging, I experienced loss of EQ. So, I stopped hanging. Started jelqing again to bring back my EQ.

Probably from next week, I will begin hanging and jelqing together.

During hanging, I see dark purple gland and bit of cold gland during the set. Probably I went little higher on the weights too soon. After hanging, my gland comes to normal. BTW, I am uncut.

Planning to start bin hanging again with 3 lbs 3sets and see how it goes.

Any advice/tips are greatly appreciated to help with my problem.

Add weight and sets slowly.

If your body gives you negative feedback then slow down.

After that just focus on getting the wrap correct. If it is to tight then it can create edema numbness issues. Work on making sure there is minimal blood in the glans.

While you are at low weights try to focus on getting the technique correct. This will help you when you start adding weight and sets.

After adding jelqing at the end of hanging improved my EQ a lot.

Also, I started bib hanging again with 3 lbs again for a week. Then the next week moved on to 4 lbs.

BTW, BTC stretch is really stretching. I feel soreness at the base of the shaft. Also, I started keeping the warm rice sock at the base of the shaft throughout my hanging time, it feels good.

But I am still experiencing dark purple glans during my hanging time. It goes away immediately when I finish my 20 min set. I asked Bib in his forum, as per him it looks okay.

I do good wrapping. Ace bandage and good length of theraband. No slipping after attaching the hanger.

Any suggestions on improving the dark purple glans problem?

It happens sometimes. As long as you are squeezing them out the whole time you are tightening, there is no slipping, and they are not becoming numb or excessively cold, you are probably alright.

Towards the end of second set, I feel cold and numbness and when I detach the hanger, everything back to normal.

BTW, bib hanging is awesome. I really feel soreness at the base of the shaft for just 4 lbs at BTC angle. BTC angle is far far better than SD angle, BTW. Is that fatigue?

BTC is definitely way better. It really applies force to the suspensory ligaments.

As to fatigue, it is a pretty vague term. I think you are experiencing it, but I started a thread a bit ago to better define it. I even went on Bib’s forum and got some input directly from him. Here’s the link.

On my first day of PE is when I felt the soreness. I’ve never felt the soreness since.

But I’m now in week 5 of hanging and I had gone to 5lbs but went back down because I felt I was moving too fast. I have never been sore ever again.

My EQ is garbage if I’m not thinking about sexy things or if I don’t I see sexy things. Morning wood, for as long as I recall had always been semi hard - I’ve never known a rock hard morning from morning wood.

When I watched porn I can get very hard but only for a few seconds. I am no longer watching porn and so have further seen my EQ drop further.

I think it’s best I see a sex therapist before I continue my PE journey due to trash EQ.

I think my test is very very low but I need to go get it looked at again. It was in the 200s in the afternoon but I’ve heard that a guy with 600 in the morning also has dropped to the 200s. Not sure how true that may be. I just feel like I have low T, although I don’t have any of the other symptoms (e.g. Muscle loss, tired and lacking energy etc).

Finally I went to a urologist about this and he prescribed me generic Viagra. It makes me eyes feel like they’re about to burst out of my head so I don’t take that stuff anymore.

Outside of getting over my porn addiction, seeing a therapist and checking my T levels - am I missing something?

I know I’m a mess, imagine what teens and younger guys are going through
