Hey what’s up guys. Still hanging it’s going alright. Haven’t measured in a bit probably at the end of this month. But cock looking longer and more full.

Anyways my erection is like at 75% after hanging everyday with like a 2 day rest day.

When I kegel it goes up to 90% but I can kegel for a couple of minutes then it goes back.

I still get morning wood and all that
Just wondering is it because of the hanging my erections have weakened and will it go back to normal?

I’m hanging 4-5 sets of 20 minutes, ten minute break in between with 17lbs. I go down weight when I start to feel fatigued

One needs to get their dick conditioned to their PE activity and needs to stay conditioned. Everyone responds differently, and other stimuli can impact it.

For example, your hanging routine and days on/off may be working great for several weeks, then you get busy at work or start having more sex, or catch a cold, etc., and then your EQ and perhaps other PI’s degrade. Simply back off your program and let your PI’s improve.

There is no rule that say you will benefit from hanging every day. You are not supposed to pump, yelk or stretch every day so why would hanging be different?

I started with the newbie routine for 6-9 months. Then when I wasn’t seeing no gains I did manual stretching for a couple of months.

Then I started to hang with the bib. Started off with 2.5lbs and moved it up every Month by 2.5lbs. Mostly straight down and btc for the first couple of months then I started adding more angles.

Penis feeling a little better way more erections throughout the day idk why still not 100%.
But I prolly need to let it chill for longer.
