Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Explain this

Explain this

Hanging X weight for 20 mins X3 sets = Zero dick fatigue
Hanging the same weight for 1minute and then lifting the weight for 5 secs by doing helicopter shakes and hang it again for 1 minute and doing this for 10 sets ( 10 mins total) = Dick fatugue for 2 days.

Explain this…
Is it possible that this is the WHY manual stretching is working so great for most people?

That’s the difference between static and dynamic load.

If you want to see how a static load can be fine and a dynamic load can cause more damage, see this

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

The 2 examples are BOTH with dynamic tension…. hanging a weight is a dynamic load… not a static.

the ONLY difference is that in the 1 example the load is being held for a long duration while in the 2nd example the load is being held and released and then held again in short intervals.

The long duration = static
The intervals = dynamic

(And interesting. Great info to observe)

It definitely will! It has definitely helped my personal insight into PE.

There was an apparatus that was recently posted that focused on dynamic pulling. It had like a vibrating look to it. It seemed very effective to me, but the price was throught the roof. The concept seemed good to me intuitively, but now I know why.

OK I ll give you my explanation of why this happens…

When we have the tissues under a long term stretch ( like anything more than 5mins) then the tissues are fighting back by trying to survive so the impact of the training is not so productive.

BUT when you stretch for 30secs to 3mins and then you release the load and you sake your dick for some secs in order to get relaxed a bit and then you do this over and over… then this protension mechanism is not being sparked so the beathing goes straight to the tissues .

Maybe it has something to do also withe teh smooth muscle… maybe its the smooth muscle that creates this protection retraction and the beating does not go straight to teh tissues…. and by stretching and releasing the smooth muscle remains soft and the intesity goes straight to teh tissues.

I have studied physical therapy for a while and there is actually a way of stretching the muscles which involve this dynamic way we just described. And in the study they basically explained it in the same way that you just did but with fancier terminology.

This explains a lot the WHY manual stertching seems to be superior in the matter and gains in both speed and amount of gains.
By doing this kind of dynamic manual stretching in the past I had gained 6mm EL in just 6 weeks…
Something that extending(4X60 mins or hanging (4X20 mins) couldn t do.
I was holding the stretches for 1 to 2 mins and then helicopter shakes and then going for the next direction…for a total volume of 30 mins.
My MFSL had gained a length that the other methods couldn t even dreamed of and the EL gains happened.
I have to state that the manual stretching intensity I was using was super light… just stretched to my MFSL and no further pulling… just a static stretch enough to keep my MFSL.

In fact its the method of the member gentlepsychopath…. But I was using all possible angles

I believe this is a great way of lenghtening. I will pursue this way more often.
Also maybe design a device that can mimic this function (that is cheaper than the one posted some weeks ago).

If you mean a vibration stretching device…. I really think is a NO NO.

Vibration stretching will spark the tissue/smooth muscle contraction mechanism at its max.

Why? 😮

Because the stretching should be sneaky and steady…

The vibration effect will spark the contraction because you are shocking the tissues/smooth muscle…. I have tested it in the past.
