Just start the weight light and gradually increase and you’ll be fine. No need to wait for a version of that calculator, it is just estimating anyway. Listening to your own penis will be better.

Sorry for late reply

Hello, is there any way to find out in practice if I actually reached 0.1MPa (or 0.17MPa) or if my weights were wrong?

I mean , how do we know during hanging if that state of stretch is actually the 0.1 ?

Just in case you people want something that you can save on your PC and use forever, here’s my simplified version of the calculator in Excel, without any external references.

Since Kyrpa’s version has a lot of information that is not really useful for load calculation, but still it is very informative, you can find his version in the second sheet (this too without external references).

Hey, thanks for the good work. Your calc has 20 and 25% for cooling and it’s more precise as it has two digits after the ,. Nice one!

Do you hanging with heat yourself and how it’s going?

I have yet to finish my first cycle so I didn’t check the effects on BPEL yet, but it’s definitely affecting BPFSL.

At the moment I’m applying heat with a gel pad for the shoulders and it kinda does the job in term of pre/post strain. I ordered a FIR pad (thermrup 14x23) and I should receive it tomorrow, so I’m looking forward to try it.
