Man that’s insane weight I hope you have been doing it for some time cuz if you at that Weight in less than a year it’s crazy . You should be looking at increase in flaccid size post session to get some kind of feedback if the session was good enought , even if u don’t get a good post session bpfsl don’t worry your not alone if your pre bpfsl is growing every 5 to 10 days that’s progress and potential bpel growth ,so just keep going.
We have come a long way in the PE practice and looking for flaccid growth is something you need to consider to track progress ,like measuring bone pressed flaccid size has been around for years not even something new , if you increasing weight based on feeling that’s nuts you.probably just making your dick strong . Compression hangers seem to hang heavier overall but still that weight is very high if you started not to long ago , people need to squeeze the most they can on a weight.
Tracking your flaccid bone pressed size needs to be done and if you see it going up that’s a good sign , Pe it’s still mostly bro science but progress in bpfsl seems to be something we can agress that is good enought to track progress.
