What is gained stays gained even after 3.5 years

I want to state that I haven lost any of my gains, so to say :)

My new measurements are almost the same BPEL: 6.9-7.1 inches and EG 4.8-5.0 inches as they were 3-4 years ago

But I want to gain again:
BPEL 8.0 and EG: 5.35

In length I gained 1.3 inches and in girth 0.33

Hence my goal is based on my previous gains, and surely possible.
Ideally I would like to gain more in girth like up to 5.85,

It seems that girth gaining is the hardest mission, or have anyone experience good routines for girth that payed off?

Well, we’re all different. I was 6.7 inches, then after 2 years or so without any PE, I’m down to 6.3. It sucks, but hopefully I’ll regain it fast.


01/09/2008: 6.10" BPEL

01/09/2009: 6.57" BPEL

01/10/2009: 6.70" BPEL --> One year of PE has given me 0.6" more of cock. Short term goal: 7 inches.

I did “cementing” the gains for 3 months, it means I was cutting down on PE

What did you do for cementing? just PE your regular routine but like once a month? and for long did you stay in the cementing stage

In regards to going for girth, go for 500 dry jelqs at high erection intensity along with 100 slow squash jelqs.

It will take you about an hour but the routine is intense.

Well I see no reason to stop PE , In the end it’s for your penis health , So clamping 4 times a week or 3 times a week with stretching , Will even make you gain on the long term , So why would you stop .

Any way we all have to maintain , And it’s easy , 20 minutes of your time and that’s all , For me personal I don’t think I will stop clamping , Even if I reach my goal I will keep maintaining it at least 3 4 times a week for 20 minutes 2 sets , or jelq 4 times a week for 10 minutes , I don’t think this would be much for any one.

Cementing: I usually PE 5 days on and 2 off, while cementing I started to PE 4 days on 3 off, the second month 3 on and 4 off and so on..

It looks like you have gained ca. 0.5 inches in girth is that from clamping or/and combination with jelqing. Did you follow this routine, you described, from the start ?

Ares88: After a break, I have lost length but not girth. The length is usually just ligament tightness, a few days of stretching brings it back.

My version of cementing is edging. Just a theory, but that’s what I believe. Good hard erection for 30 to 45 minutes a few times a week.

Thanks, now I decided to include Horse440/manual clamping in my routine. Lets see how it will work out the next 8 weeks. (Next measurement)

This from newbie routine bro, And some light ULI clamping. Now I clamp only and I don’t want to measure before 6 month :D
