But I’ve been stretching with an extensor at 3kg for quite a while now, guess that’s why I don’t really feel a strong lig pull with lower weights. I guess I could lower to 3.5kg for starting session and 1 more session at that weight see if that makes me feel the stress on the lig, then work from there.
This opens up a new question. Is it better to do the heavy set at the start or at the end?
