I guess I could lower to 3.5kg for starting session and 1 more session at that weight see if that makes me feel the stress on the lig, then work from there.

This opens up a new question. Is it better to do the heavy set at the start or at the end?

Well, I’ve read here on several that did the heavy first to get lig exhaustion then the lighter weights feel just as heavy. And so far that’s quite accurate from self experience. I dunno if it’s good or bad though. Gains do seem to be popping in like newbie, which is calling my attention. For good, that is.

That is some good news. It is always good to experiment. Keep it going.

Will do mate, will do. Is there any reports on people getting newbie gains from changing method of PE? when they already gotten their newbie gains from another method of less intensity but nonetheless hardcore due to the long hours of PE? I mean, extending 10 hours plus gave me quite a lot. But this hanging thing looks like it delivers really fast, compared.

I’m getting consistent measurement of 2 millimetre gain and it’s been less than 10 hours of this stuff, combined with 1 or 2 sets of extending for 40 minutes each, at lower tension. I totally did not expect this.

I think that while you are in the newbie phase, changing methods seems to give results regardless of the method you pick. Most begin with one method like yourself and then change over to other methods and get extra gains. After that first 1.5 to 2 inches are exhausted is when it gets interesting. Hanging seems to be the only method I have seen that has gone beyond that threshold.

Ok this is becoming ridiculous. I lowered my weight to 3kg, did 2 sessions (20 min each) and then went down to 2kg when I felt the lig was ready to rumble. Did 3 hours in the day.

Measured at night when edging a rock hard erection that could be used to shape diamonds. I did the measurement 3 separate times because it was ridiculous. Gave me 21.5 BPEL. That’s literally half a centimeter in around 9:30 total hours of hanging, from sunday till today. This is ridiculous. I love it, but it’s stratospheric compared to my first extender newbie gains which popped in like 1cm in a month or so. It hasn’t even been a week of this. Maybe I had excercised my tunica more with the extender straight forward for long periods, so the lig stretch is less countered by the tunica? I mean, I see no other explanation. I was after all doing strong manual pulls upward and using at least 1 hour a day extender pointing forward or slightly upward, at max tension. I don’t see this possible any other way. I am not a fast gainer, with around 5000 hours of extending throughout the last 10 years. my growth per hour rate was, depending on the techniques used, between 0,00125 and 0,0045 cm. Now these calculations from the point I started hanging till today blasted into 0,03cm per hour. I’m really struggling to believe this.
