Going down in weight after rest?
I’ve been hanging continuously for a while now, and the weight required to achieve fatigue has been rising too fast. I need to do sets with 30 pounds, and if this continues, I foresee a brick wall to any future gains.
I did take about a month off once, to see if this would soften up my penis to get fatigue at lower weights again, but it was unsuccessful.
Would a longer break period help lower required weight? Or am I forever cursed with stubborn and strong ligs?
