GOnna Hang

Hi guys im gonna try hanging after not gaining anything using manual methods, im gonna try and make a hanger out of something, what the best thing for wrapping ive heard of theraband but i can find it in the uk, is there a similar product over here i could use. Also im uncut and ive found that the hanger slips off quite easily and is becoming abit tedious at times,

You can always just buy Therabrand off Bib on his site. I think some people use some type of medical bandage in place. There area ton of great free hangers here. The Wench by Cappy, Piet’s hanger, the chicken choker, and others.

People are very much inventors here, its great. I use the bib starter. You can get thera band or dura band, its the same thing from a gym store or fitness store.

I use similar stuff called dyna-band, which I ordered online from somewhere.

The best thing to do is to read as much as you can in the hangers forum, and use the search feature to help you find specific information you need. If you read up first you will have a much smoother ride.
