I don’t think I would use that hanger, It has no fingers to grab your penis with. I have seen this set up before and he is not the first to use it. It may work but it is no where near as good as BIB.

Kingron, I built a homemade vac-hanger just to see how it could work, but never bought a commercial one neither I did stay committed with the homemade long enough. Anyway there are many guys who have used vac-based hangers; pros are: you don’t need wrapping, you can hang for longer sets; the penis is pulled from the tip; cons: you can hang less weight, you have to buy sleeves once a few months (or weeks) because they don’t last forever. I remember ironaddict69 having had nice gains with a vac-hanger, his routine should be here:
