Hangin for hours
Been hanging for awhile now and I was wondering if it is ok to hang low weight for hours at a time. Most of the time I just do 3 sets of 20 minutes with 7.5 pounds. 20 minutes is fine for that because any longer and it starts to hurt a bit. But tonight I dropped it down to just 2.5 pounds and kept it on for about an hour with almost no discomfort at all (just got a bit cold).
So I was thinking, I could just slap on the 2.5 throughout the day for a few hours and then do my 3 sets of a heavier weight. Anyone try this?
