Hi I’ve gained about 1/2" in girth and now I want to get some length which I really need, I want to start using a penis extender and hanging weights, I’m going to do this for a full year to see my results, I would like to gain around 1 to 2 cm.

So I ask you, how effective are these two penis enlargement methods and can they complement each other?

Is it possible to gain about 5 cm in a few years?

Definitely hang. Extending is similar to hanging, except at lower tension. I view it as a "one or the other" thing. For your non-hanging time, I’d recommend a vacuum all-day stretcher (ADS). They are very inexpensive on eBay or Aliexpress.

Start hanging, and do it for at least a few weeks to make sure you have the right technique, and don’t get petechiae or blisters on your glans. Then go to the ADS. Use very low tension to start with; it takes time for your glans to get used to the vacuum, and you don’t want blisters or petechia from the ADS, either. Your glans is the limiting factor, and if you damage it, you’ll have to stop completely until it heals.

Andy, how many sets of 20 min of hanging per day do you recommend? and how many ads per day? Do you recommend a day off? all the best

I don’t get as much out of vacuum hanging or ADS as I otherwise could since I’m prone to vacuum blisters from a couple of areas that were damaged by an infection a few years ago, so the most I’ve ever been able to hang without an immediate blister is four pounds.

Have you tried compression hanging? Unfortunately I’ve hung well over 1500 hours in four years . First year gained maybe 1/3 and inch, when used lighter weights 5-17 lbs. When started using the bib hanging for over 1000 hours logged, log is on bibs forum, under same handle, didn’t gain any length in those three years, up to 31 lbs for four months.

What vac hanger did you use?

I started this year combining vac hanging with compression, did compression four years previously, consistently. Phallason Forte worked okay but snapped four silicon sleeves. Got Stealths vac hanger few months ago, and it can take time to put back on if slips off, must make sure anythings air tight but thirteen pounds isn’t an issue. Haven’t never had one issue with the saber skin material in that vac hanger kit.

Had a few blisters when went up to sixteen pounds, two hours a day , had to take a month off vac hanging but after theyve healed havent had any issues.
