If you are working the Tunica from what I have read its best to do upwards of 1000 jelqs a day 5-sets of 200 reps. From what I have read its better to work on one at a time instead of working them both at the same time. Do you feel fatigue when you hang? How many sets do you do and how long do you hang for? I have been doing?
I don’t really feel a lot of fatigue when I hang but I’ve read that you get the best gains in the beginning with lower weights that’s why I haven’t been to eager to increase
The weights too fast
I do 3-4 sets a day with 20 min each and have had a long break from PE but I’m back at it now starting from a month back
