Hi. It really makes me curious to know if our ligs are stronger due to hanging, especially when we have rest days. Is there a way for it to loosen up? Like we spent months or even years of hanging then our ligs obviously become tougher then we stop then go hang again?

Please give us a little more info to help with the answer. How long have you been hanging and how long have your gains been stalled? What weight were you using?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’ve been hanging for 6 months. I am doing v-hanging with 10 pounds. I guess 10 lbs is heavy for v hanging which is why I stop to loosen it up. I was also uncomfortable, my skin is quite sore with 10lbs, dry skin and chaffing even though I put baby oil or petrolleum jelly. It wasn’t like that with lower weights. When I was younger my erect length was 6 BP. Then it got to 5.75. It shrunk. I started jelqing 3 times a week then started hanging it I gain it to 6.25. I have been here since 2001 or 2004 with another account( I forgot the password). I have known and done PE since 2001. No gains with lot of injury. I have experience red dot, blood coming out from urethra, thrombose veins and always got baseball Bat. Now I have learned to take it easy. Less is more for me. Now, I am back and will not stop hanging even with light hanging since it works for me.
