That soreness is a good indicator you’ve done the sort of damage that will lead to gains. If you search around enough, you’ll find lots of info on identifying fatigue.
Bib experienced fatigue in the context of his own situation, which was 5-6 hours per day in the hanger. 30-40 hours per week.
So imagine a weight that you could hang for one set no problem, but if you had to hang that weight for 35 hours per week, you would be unable to continue at some point. That point is fatigue.
It’s also the feeling of controlled micro damage to the target tissues.
It’s also the state of being able to stretch the next limiting factor because the last one is already fatigued.
It gets a lot easier to feel fatigue with experience.
