Hi guys, long time no post, due to various life situations etc. I have currently been hanging for the last six weeks working my way up from 2k (4.4lb) to 3.5k (7.7lb) in 1/2k increments. I do this for 2 hours every morning. For the last 1/2 hour, it is quite uncomfortable and especially for the last 15 minutes. I really feel it in my ligs and when I uncup the glans cap it feels like my unit has been temporarily elongated. I often then jelq for 5 minutes to restore flow to it. It seems to work well, but does anyone else hang for this long?

I use my Over The Leg stretching rig for 2 hours at a clip. Yes, starts to pinch sometimes in that last bit of time, so I can’t really make it past the 2 hour mark. I don’t use a glans cup, I use medical wrap just behind the head to a strap that has a silicone coated end. At the end of 2 hours its a bit purple, but I use 1:1 cannabis lotion (and used to use gold-bond ultimate healing) and never had an issue. Remember, just listen to your unit, if you start seeing bad signs (dark spots, hard lumps, loss of EQ, etc) then tone it down.

Feeling it in the ligs is what it’s for, no? I love that achy feeling when I stretch, it means progress. Just as long as it isn’t SHARP pain or any of those other things.

Great, I’ve been out of the loop for some time and couldn’t remember if people even hung for over an hour straight. I agree that feeling it in the ligs is the main important part. My unit feels tender afterwards and elongated which is nice but it’s that last 1/2 hour where I really feel it. I was thinking of actually dropping 1/2 a kilo for a week, maybe I’ve progressed too fast. I use a vacuum hanger, btw, with the large glans cup.

When I stretch, if I don’t feel it, then I don’t gain. Presently, the first hour is what I call “getting into the zone”. Then I feel the pull at the lig level and I try to stay in that zone as long as possible. Used to only be able to stretch an hour, now it’s two, and I do two sets a day when I can. I also have travel days that I have to skip due to work schedule, but I think I’ve only taken “off” about 5 days this year so far.

I hang for 60 min straight, but have done 90 min. I use a vac hanger, so it is somewhat more safe to hang for longer periods than a compression hanger. As stated, it’s important to keep a close eye on your glands after; if any slight purpling does not disappear after say 5 min then I would start to worry. I would say 2 hrs is the absolute max that one should attempt to hang with a vac hanger without any sets. Also weight is a factor. Excessive weight for extended periods could cause serious issues.

Currently at 8 lbs. Plan to hang at 10 lbs in 2-3 months. I noticed a big difference from 5 lbs to 8 lbs after 80 mins hanging in regards to my glans after; more purple looking, but quickly went back to normal after some warm water and massage. I think 2 hrs would be fine at say 10-15 lbs, but a 10 min massage in between would make sense. Also worth noting is my penis is very cold after which is good and bad - cold means no slippage, but could lead to dead cells if one is reckless.
