Hanging for 2 hours vs extender for 2 hours same weight ?
Is hanging the same as extending ?
My questions is lets say a person uses extender for 2 hours at 2000 grams tension which is 2 kilos .
So total is 2 hours extending at 2 kilos
Another person uses hanger 4 sets for 30 minutes at a weight of 2 kilos
So total is 2 hours hanging at 2 kilos
Is this the same and equal or not and one method is superrior to the other ? I mean time and weight is the same ? WIll it differ one method vs the other ? Is it going to yield the same results/gains ?
