hanging frequency
It just dawned upon me while reading old hanging threads. Is the idea with hanging in sets to do them as closely as possible? I do get slightly sore after hanging, but I hang once in the morning, noon and night. Usually my sets are about 4 hrs. apart.
Maybe this a major reason why I never see gains. Could some of the veteran hangers please let me know if my theories are right or wrong.
