Hanging in the most flaccid state vs weight?

Just wondering if there is any validity to using weight that lets you hang in the most flaccid state as opposed to using more weight that makes your body fight the weight?

For example, I am currently at 16 LB and I am very flaccid (relaxed) throughout the entire time I hang. This oppose to going a little higher, say 20 LB and i feel my penis start to get rigid in an effort to counter the weight.

I want to use that as a tool or indicator on when to increase or lower weight. Anybody willing to give me some insight or feedback?

My thought would be that it’s not an active weight-fighting process like a muscle contraction, but a passive one, I.e. Your dick is just getting more rigid because there’s more tension through it like a guitar string.

So I’d say the more rigid the better the stretch? (As long as you can keep it up for the same amount of time.) That’s the approach I’m currently going for anyway!

I think that the in a more relaxed state it would be more willing to elongate.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

Microtears happen in both states I believe, so the key would be to heal those in very low stress stretched mode I guess.

So heavier first, working up slowly, like with a compression hanger, then lighter with a vac hanger?

Have not hit ads down and this seems it would fit this healing in very low stretched. Why not just low stress , what would be difference , in low and very low for healing for heavier stress?

Gomitadelimon - Are you doing any tracking such as BPFSL? I didn’t for many years. When I started, it helped me tune in my routine.
