Hanging problems
I’m having trouble recently with my Bib. I started hanging about a month ago with 5 lbs. Everything went well. I moved up to 6 lbs, everything still fine. Now when I move up to 7 1/2 lbs I am having problems with head swelling when I wrap tight, or with skin stretch when I wrap loose. I attach the bib pretty tight so I’m sure it’s not that the bib is too loose, and I’ve tried various tightness of wrapping. I’m not entirely sure what the problem is, but which ever way I go it’s pretty painful. Should I just “butch up” and get used to the pain or am I doing something wrong. I’m a firm believer that you can get used to most anything, so the pain isn’t that big a deal, it’s only temporary. The pain from head swelling is considerably less than from the skin stretch so if I had to choose the lesser of the two evils I’d go with wrapping tight, but I’m afraid that I’m doing something wrong that could end up being a long term problem though. Any ideas? If it makes any difference I’m limiting my sets to 6 20 minute sessions over the course of about 2 1/2 hours. I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks.
