I read through alot of hanging friends and got so many different points of views that I am confused. Could someone please give me a solid base of how long I should hang every-day to get good gains? I have 4 days off a week and work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. Would I gain doing 3 hours in the morning and 3 at night for 4 days, Then an hour for the 3 days I work? Let me know thanks!
3 hours AM and 3 hours PM will damage your dick for sure. Many people only think about gains and forget about EQ then after damage the dick they end up staying months without P.E and lose back all the gains they work so hard for.
Again many people think hanging for hours will give faster gains, just because it happened to bib does not means is the right way to do it. By the way Bib always refuses to show pictures of his dick.Why? Then he sell bib’s hanger? For me bib’s gains sounds too commercial and marketing strategy,
I hang heavy weights for only 15min AM & PM followed by 15min dry jelq and 400 kegels. Then add ADS for at least 6 hours daily
My EQ never been better, and the gains are keeping coming started 5.2 inches now 6.4, I have been only 4 1/5 months in this routine. In addition I am taking supplements cayenne pepper, ginger powder and arginine.
