Hanging Still #1 For Gaining Length?

I am wondering if hanging is still the best route to gaining length? Because that’s my main focus right now. I am doing 3 sets of 20 minutes hanging with 10 lbs. :)

Yup. I just checked. Hanging is still #1 for gaining length.

Haha, I just meant is hanging still recommended first for gaining length.

For me, stretching is the answer. To each his own.

hanging for me…..

My LOT is around 7:00-8:00 so I am going to start doing some over the thigh hanging and and some hanging straight out with 5 lbs. to stretch out my tunica. We’ll see how that works.

Don’t waist your time with those higher angles unless you absolutely have to. 7:00-8:00?! You have plenty of lig potential, and your tunica gets worked SD and BTC any way.

Attack your ligs first, they are much easier to break down than your tunica. Go for the easy gains.

Cap, if you think 7-8 is a high LOT to hit the tunica, imagine your dismay if you hear I am close to a 9:30 and still doing tunica. Then again I still need another 2” gain from ligs a.ka. a 12 o’clock LOT to get a low erection angle. To each their own. I like to think of the tunica as the hard stuff to stretch and the ligs are your PE vacation. Can’t wait to finally hit the 12 o’clock LOT, or something close to it. Maybe Cap will drink a bottle of rum for me if and when I do hit that goal. :)

To answer the question: yes hanging is #1 right behind tying your dick to a car bumper heading onto the freeway.
