Hi,

From the view days I am doing Hanging with 2 kg weight. I am using my home made Captn’s Wench for hanging. Please advise the following:

1. How much minimum weight I can use to start to get my penis length increase in shortest time?
2. While hanging, do I swing my penis forward and backward, right and left to get enough stretch on my penis?
3. What is the shortest time, in which I can see the results?
4. Please advise if Hanging is more result oriented as compared to manual Penis stretches?

I have noticed that my girth is increased after hanging.

Your suggestions/opinions are highly welcomed.

Swinging within reason hits the ligaments, which is good.

Every dick is different, so experiment to find what is best for you. I would go lighter and for more 20 minute sets during the day.

Time frame?

What else are you doing for the next 18 months?

The debate between hangers and stretchers has not been resolved, but for me, I’ve seen good results with both.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Hi I just want no one realy noes the answer to your questions because everyone is different.

1. Go up a pound a week an seen how you get on you dont want to go heavey to fast you mite gain quick you minte not.

2. Swinging the hanger does help you you dont need to though but if you want to hit different side put weight over shoulder,right leg,left leg an so on.

3. No one can say .

4. Like I said earlya everyone is different so manual stretcher could be better for one and hanging for another it all depends not realy helping but that how I see it maybe some else can tell you better.

There is no shortest time or optimum weight. You are likely to have faster gains with manual stretches than with hanging.

Start light and increase slowly

I am currently doing 5-7 20 minute sets 5 days a week currently using 7 lbs (I may bump that up 1 lbs this week) along with 1 10 minute jelq session a day. I started hanging 5 weeks ago. I haven’t measured yet but I feel fuller but can’t see length gains yet.
