Has anyone actually had problems from hanging and pumping at the same time?

Has anyone actually had problems from hanging and pumping at the same time?

To clarify, i mean having both exercises in the same routine, not doing some sort of combined hanging/pumping exercise.

I read many posts that say not to do 2 advanced exercises together so when i started hanging a month ago i quit everything else. However there are also lots of people who do both or even more exercises.

Does anyone have experience with doing both and then quitting because injuries or other problems?

Im asking because pumping gives me slightly larger flaccid hang and my flaccid is pathetically small at times witch makes some exercises hard to do. I did gain about 0.5cm EL with hanging over the past month and maybe even some EG but my flaccid is still very small and hasn’t changed at all.

The problem I find with pumping and hanging is that after pumping my skin becomes sensitive so my hanging device kinda feels painful. Other than that, I don’t think there is a problem.

Not a fan.I split underside of urethra after hanging with too much blood in upper shaft and head, after pumping. Black blood clot and black slim came out , scared me. Compression hanging ,head needs to be small as you can get it, from what I know.

I have pumped then extended. But hanging for fatigue after pumping, I’d rather play it safe, after what happened.

I see. I was actually thinking of doing it the other way around. First hanging then pumping a few hours later. The thing is, im still pretty new at hanging, my max is about 1.8kg but i feel a nice stretch in my ligaments (i do BTC) so i dont think im really doing much to the shaft of my penis, i dont think around 2 hours of it being extended does much to it. So the idea is, that with hanging i work on extending the ligaments, and with pumping the rest of the penis.

Confused what do you mean 2 hours of extending do you mean 2 hours in an extender you don’t think this much? 2 hours in one day in the extender?

Sorry I realize it didn’t let me edit. You don’t think 2 hours extending will do much for length increase?

No i mean my penis being in an extended state during hanging.
What i meant is, judging by how it feels, i feel the stretch in my ligs and thats where i feel the fatigue set in during my sets, not in the shaft.
Isn’t that the main difference between a hanger and an extender? The extender doesn’t stretch the ligs that’s why you need 4+ hours a day and hundreds of hours in total before you see results, but a hanger also affects the ligaments.

I guess at higher weights it will have more of an effect on the shaft too, but 1.8kg is not that much, lots of people extender with that much traction for many hours per day.

At higher tensions, an extender does stretch ligs. But the base sticks into the body so you’re more conscious of that instead of lig attachment points. If you do low tension, then you don’t feel a ligament fatigue. If you extend straight forward, then you don’t feel lig stretch at all.

You might be right, but i think most people use low tension and that’s how i saw it advertised everywhere.

Also you probably need way higher tension to feel the ligs compared to the amount of weights on the hanger. I started hanging with 1kg and i would feel a really good stretch after a few sets. With extender i was doing around 1200g for 4 hours a day i didn’t feel any fatigue except pain from the noose.
