Has anyone ever had a size decrease from hanging

Has anyone ever had a size decrease from hanging

Was having good gains and getting good results. Yesterday did 2 sets and about 3 hours later did some edging and was pretty worked up so let one fly. Last night noticed I wasnt hanging as usual or as flexible. This morning it looks to be about an inch shorter.

Hopefully this is temporary.

Anyone have similar experience?

It sounds like a sign of going overboard. Take a day or 2 off and during the next session, back off a little.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Sounds logical, but I rarely overdo it. Hell, I only hang now about 2x a week because I feel that works best for me. Maybe I did push a little harder my 2nd set was fulcrum with the same weight as the first set which was straight down. I assisted the weight during the fulcrum bu holding with my hand for a minute before I let the full weight hang. Felt ok.
I did get some “popping” which I get every now and then but have never got negative results.
