Homebrew BIB (mine)

Good to see you too Dino. I just ran across another thread with a great first-draft home brew bib: sailboatracer’s homebrew bib.

I’m glad that the ingenious guys among us are taking the initiative to build a suitable replacement for the original. Over time as this place continues to grow there will be a great demand for quality hangers. Now that I think about it, more than one guy making and selling bib2 hangers would be even better. That way, the price will stay lower due to competition, and we as users might find a personal benefit of one of the other based on our own individual anatomy.

Just so some of you know, I’ve sent Bib an email-requesting his feelings regarding my supplying the hanging devices. Have yet to hear back from him,but I’m patient. I just don’t want to fuck with copyright or trademark bullshit. My time is worth something, and I wouldn’t really be making real money as to speak-since I’m in no way set up to do the production quantities that Bib did. I’d be pushing it to get 2-3 out a week. Every minute that I would be making HB’s would be cutting into my PE, and that would be counter-productive. If he really isn’t going to make any more then, maybe he really doesn’t care if I set some of you guys up-with what IMO is a damn good knockoff. Besides, mine is only like his in the basic appearance. Mine is not hinged at the bottom. To use mine, it take’s adjustment of the 3 wingnuts. I’ve actually thought about fabbing one out of aluminum- heliarc. Hey, we’ll have to wait and see what he thinks. I suppose I could make them, hang one set-then sell it as a used HB. ?

Ordered a “hardcore” from bigger today. My KO’s have been working fine for me, but I really have always wanted one from the epic designer of hanging devices. Cant wait to crank that badboy down on my toughy . LOL

Ever make any gains with yours t?

Yeah but nothing substantial, more than likely due to my failure to stay with it. I’d go for 3 weeks then, slowly hang less and less-then none. Couple months later pick it up agian, only to slack off after a while. I’m hoping that with the hardcore, I will get the “real” internal pull we all seek and rekindle my enthusiasm to grow. My ko’s seemed fine, but again I haven’t had the bib experience. Just days, and I will give the real deal a whirl.

All kidding aside, no shit-Bib emailed me saturday with a heads up that my HC hanger was completed friday and shipped. Smokin fast shipping-wow!

As I bang the keys, I am sporting my new HC at 15 lbs. BTC on my 1st set after a 10 min rice sock warm up. Scrunchie and maybe 4 layers of thera and I’m golden. I was concerned about the no padding issue-not. If you have been pe’ing and have conditioned your dick to the stresse’s that a PE regimen can deliver the HC is a breeze. I thought my homebrewed hangers were fairly comfy-ain’t nothing like the real thing baby! I made some slight adjustments, which are very easy to do right out of the gate and off I go. I do feel a completely different pull on my internals. I am remotivated, as it is so much easier to get in and situated. Also the slight ballooning that I got under the head with my HB is gone with Bib’s hanger.

Guess I shouldn’t have been such a tight ass and sprung for this hanger long ago.
