One of my greatest personal revelations about PE was that hanging doesn’t work for everybody. To read Bib and others, you would think gains were inevitable. They are not. The fact is, we don’t know much about what causes gains. Any explainations of why gains occur are just untested hypotheses to be taken with a grain of salt.
After 10 months, it is well beyond time to throw in the towel. Forget about hanging. It doesn’t work for you. Try something different.
