How Long Did It Take You to See Hanging Gains?

Can’t vote on this one, but with manual stretch and jelq I got my first 1/2” gain in 4-6 weeks.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I was doing hanging and jelqing - aproximately 3 months to see my first gains.

WBH, I love this poll, wish there were more votes. I am interested to find out from the folks who did vote, what time frame hours per day = regular hanging to them as it pertains to their results.


CURRENT 04/11/2007 7.5 EBP X 5.25 EG Mid Shaft, 6.5 NBPEL!

GOAL 05/30/2008 8.5 EBP X 6.00 EG Mid Shaft, 7.5 NBPEL!

According to Size’s data, the average gain in the first week is almost a tenth of an inch. It includes all form of PE. Since gains seem to level off after a while peoples answer will depend on long they’ve been pe’ing.

Hey guys just wanted to know do all of you use a stretcher after your hanging routine and an ADS during the day ?

21 people so far gained up to 1/2” in 3-4 weeks? No way.

By the way, going on 1 year of regular hanging and I’m barely able to claim 1/2” NBPEL.

What is your LOT or was your LOT?

Theres no way of knowing how much weight they used, or how many hours ‘regular’ is.

01/09/2014 - NBPEL 16.5cm / BPEL 19cm / BPFSL 20.5cm / Girth12.7cm / BPELIP 19.2cm

Never, after trying for 6 months up to weights exceeding 20# for over 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. And, yes, I did warm up.

Man! I don’t think I would be able to get an erection for 8-9 mos after a day of that type of hanging (though I know someone has to work their way up to those weights), let alone a weekly regimen.

Have you still not gotten gains?

I got 1/2” EL gain before hanging, and have managed to rack up between 1/2 and 5/8” since I stopped hanging. Jelqing and manual stretching have worked for me; hanging hasn’t.

Modesto, do you really think jelqing can be better than hanging? I’m going g on 10-months of serious hanging and its essentially getting me nowhere. I need a plan B. Thoughts?
