Actually, I know it works since I have gained with hanging:)
It`s just that for all my efforts, I just don`t know if its worth it compared to manual work.
Part of it is that using the Bib hanger was very time consuming even though I did get a lot better in attaching it later on.
Also, the weights got so high that it was very hard multitasking properly without loosing concentration.
My best period was straight out hanging with a pulley and relatively light weights. Still, attaching the hanger was very tiresome and broke my concentration and train of thought.
Perhaps I should try a vacuum hanger with lower weights, but more sets and combine it with an ADS or similar.
For now though, I will stick with water pumping for a few months and see if I can gain with that approach, which at least is very easy to apply.
I do however suspect that I will have to resort to hanging again this year to realize my goal (slightly less than an inch in length).
