Congratulations on your gains. I do use your stealth weights as well, thank you they are great.

I know exactly what you mean about the time issues. I only hung for 1 to 1.5 hours a day but even that was difficult to sacrifice. I hope that you don’t run into a dead end in some way. As the weight increases the problems have a way of multiplying.

I guess I came across a little wrong. What i was trying to say is there are things you could try before increasing weight without sacrificing progress. Fulcrums and angles.

Sorry for being a nudge here.

Now BPEL:8 5/8 x 6 5/8 PE Weights

Thanks Renholder for your response. You may want to look into Fulcrum hanging as well. Again this is not for newbies.

Hi Monty,

No problem and thanks for the advice. I’ve actually been kind of doing a little bit of both, that is increasing the weight and working with different angles. I’ve found if I lay back more in my chair with my back getting closer to parallel with the ground I get a much stronger pull. I’ve been experimenting with swinging, and do ab crunches too to get a better pull as well. I’ll post on my log page about all of this and stop hi-jacking this thread. So check out my routine thread if you want to get back to me. Thanks.
