How Should I Hang In This Case

I’ve tried hanging for months with little to no benefits. But I am going to pick it up again with enough heat this time (FiR pad), which I am sure will make the difference.

I, however, get pinching pain when I pull BTC. This pain comes from the steel cord I have and another string which I think is a vein.

What do you guys suggest? Hanging BTC but with very light weight and ease into it?
Or
Hanging SO and no pinching pain?

I feel like SO hits the tunica more instead of the ligaments. But when hanging BTC I don’t even get to the ligament sensation because the cords are tighter than the rest.

All my hanging gains were achieved hanging SO.

This, plus hanging SO is easiest and most comfortable to wrap a FIR pad while limiting hotspots.

All my gains came from BTC or straight down. I did test SO but never felt the same as BTC/SD. Go with SO but know that when the gains stop you can change over to BTC/SD.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

Thats some good advice, thank you.

Also: how I got my girth gains guys, was doing some ‘forbidden’ techniques. I used the bathmate with extremely hot water, afterwards clamped and jelqed. WARNING: this has been known to cause injuries pretty fast.
