I find hard to get a comfortable sitting position during hanging. If I sit too far into the cheer, I of course won’t be hanging anymore. And if I sit on the edge f the cheer, my buttocks hurts…. How do other guys sit? Or do you stand instead, maybe?
I lean backwards on the chair and lift my legs on another chair, so the weight is pulling 180 degrees if straight down would be 90 from straight forward.

I use a pulley system attached to the underside of my desk for hanging SO.
I have an adjustable height chair which I jack all the way up for hanging SD
Shouldn't you be Jelqing?
