First of all I wanna say hi to all of you and say thank you for reading and hopefully replying.

So here’s the deal - I’ve been hanging for almost a month from now.My hanging routine is:
3x20 mins V-hanging (like v-stretches but hanging)
2 hours of ADS
2 days on , 1 day off
My LOT is 7:30
And my hanging device is home made Captains wench device.

For that 30 days of hanging I’ve gained 0,3 inches in EL and a little more in FEL.

So these are my questions:
1)Should I have started hanging below my LOT (like BTC hanging)?If yes should I change it now?
2)Is it enough 2 hours of wearing ADS (should I wear it more?)?
3)Is it pernicious for gains if I take a longer break than 48 hours?
4)How frequently should I increase the weight?
5)Do you think I should change my routine at all?

You need to do upward hanging according to the LOT theory. I think you should be stretching your tunica more.

My suggestion,and this is just that,a suggestion,is not to change anything until your current routine quits yielding gains.According to Lot theory you should be doing upper angle hanging,and I would say it’s okay to mix it up a little .But in keeping with the old saying,if it isn’t broke don’t fix it.Hope this was helpful.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. LOT is but one of many factors to consider in engineering a hanging routine. Keep doing what you’re doing. Besides, even if you subscribe to LOT Theory (which I don’t), a LOT of 7:30 suggests you should be using upward angles, not downward angles.

My suggestion is to do what you feel is more productive and comfortable. Your dick will get longer if you hang in a position you like. My thought was hanging SD would hit it all, and my wife acts like it did. :)

I never could get one to work worth a shit, so it always was a huge waste of time and precious mental energy worrying about it.

IMO, yes, especially during a hanging mode. Ride the fatigue all the way down the line.

But I was thinking of adding some jelq cause it helps the blood to came back into the penis as it is stretched.Maybe at the end of the routine yes?
