I received your message (actually just read it, I don’t Yahoo much lately). Have you recovered from your three weeks in Argentina yet?
Now that you have your Bib ordered, start your search for Theraband, you want the silver color. If you can not find it in Germany, get it ordered soon (there is a link on Bib’s website to a good place to purchase the Theraband). That way you will have the Theraband and the hanger at about the same time.
And the most important thing, read, read, and then read some more. All the hanging posts here, the instructions on Bib’s site and then start reading all of Bib’s and Dance’s posts on the PE Forums.
