I hung hanged for the first time today.

And heat.

Standing set with ten pounds was sore from the start, but I got through it.

I’m going to have to smooth off the ends of this piece of two inch pipe because as I add weight the rough ends are digging into my leg.

A longer piece would help also.

Great stretch over the bigger radius and lots of heat in the first part of the set really loosens the tissues for a good stretching out of the shaft over the fulcrum.

Smoothed the ends of the scrap piece of pipe that I found, and now its really comfortable and there is no digging at all.

I’m doing twenty minutes of fulcrum only and I’m going to try to get a third set in later.

And plenty of hot air from the heat gun to let the tissues loosen and stretch.

I think this heat is a real key to effective PE.

I’ve only started doing this for about two months and I give heat some credit for my most recent length increase.

So kiddies, if you aren’t using heat (hairdryer) or rice sock or whatever, I now firmly believe you are failing at PE.

Since I’ve been using the 2” pipe as a fulcrum I have been able to really target the top of the shaft and this is really exciting because I’ve never felt load there until this week.

Right now as I heat the area and consciously relax I can see and feel the clamp end slide down across the fulcrum as I hang.

EQ is down a bit though.

Interesting a-unit. I don’t think I’m ready for the fulcrum since I’m getting gains BTC and straight down. But I do a good heating on the ligs and shaft before I put the hanger on every time I hang. I will keep the heating in mind as I hang and not just for warm-up.

By the way, I informed the lady of the PE and the results I was getting and she’s all for it! She wants more cock! That is so cool. All systems go now, 8” here I come.

Don’t stop if something is working, just have the fulcrum as a plan A should things slow down.

I use a heat gun for heat, though a hair dryer would work just as well. Be careful getting the unit too hot though. Even a hairdryer can burn.

I have found the different diameter tubes hit different areas and my favorite presently us the 2” diameter because it pulls the pubic area, the shaft and, oddly enough, behind the balls.

a-unit As I’ve said I will be going back to hanging soon.In your opinion do you think it would be wise to start with BTC again? I think it will be like being a newbie hanger again as its been 2 years. Then Moving on to a fulcrum after a while?

Standing or BTC.

I started with standing and still use it as a ten minute warmup for a twenty minute fulcrum set.

Getting a session in this morning between taking my dog to the vet and picking my wife up at lunch.

The holidays will be a difficult time for hanging, as there will be people in the house.

Remove hanger between sets

I also started hanging for the first time this week. I was wondering if the hanger is supposed to be removed between sets? Just putting the hanger back and readjusting takes a long time. And I also shrink a bit too much for my wrap to stay put. Would there be any harm in simply loosening the hanger and try to get some circulation back? Wait for the glans to return to body temperature?

There would be no harm in that.

It takes a while to get used to hanging.

Just take your time.

Well, back to hanging after the holiday interruption.

Ten minutes standing with ten pounds and lots of heat, followed by twenty minutes fulcrum hanging with ten pounds.

Same again this afternoon

Second set of the day.

Twenty minutes fulcrum hanging seated across a two inch PVC pipe.

Very nice stretch indeed, with plenty of heat for the first ten minutes to earn things up, the allowing the tissues to stretch as they cool for the last ten.

Hope to get a third set in a little later if I have time.
