Started with ten pounds standing followed by seven and a half pounds seated using a fulcrum.
Ten minutes standing and twenty minutes seated.
I am applying heat with the heat gun for the first ten minutes and occasionally while seated.

A quick note here about the heat gun.
As with any application of heat, whether it be water, a lamp or my gun, be careful and do less more than more.
My heat gun is used for peeling paint and melting plastic.
If I had a hairdryer I would use that instead, bu my step-daughter took them when she moved, including my wife’s!

I had what my wife calls the seventh wave last night. The type of erection that I call 110%.
It was thicker and what seemed to be longer that usual, and the same girth all the way along the shaft, which I’d never seen before as I’m used to having thicker mid shaft girth than at the head.
