I hung hanged for the first time today.

Second set done and still little soreness. I’m wondering if the heat allows some different sort of stretching to occur than when cold?

The heat from the gun makes the wrap tape slippery and the hanger keeps slipping.

A bit frustrating, but a solution will be found.

Added a pound and a half to my standing weight to eleven and a half pounds and with the heat it felt great until the hanger kept slipping from the heat making the tape slippery.

I will try again tomorrow.

For the first part of the workout I am standing. After ten minutes I do twenty minutes seated.

I solved the slipping wrap issue by only heating the base of my dick, and only in five second bursts, so as not to heat the wrap.

I’m hoping this heat addition will spur more growth.

It seems as if I have gained girth again though. I clamped the other day as I found my little. Orange clamp and, my god! The expansion was colossal.

I won’t do that again though unless my wife is away because it killed my morning wood substantially.

I’m up to 11 1/2 pounds for the standing portion of my workout now with the addition of the heat and I’m really actually looking forward to measuring for the first time in a while.

The heat really makes a big difference to the whole feel of hanging, and I’m optimistic that this will be the thing that gets me back on track, as I was beginning to feel like I was getting stuck again.

After 11 1/2 pounds standing for 10 minutes with heat I’m now trying 2 1/2 pounds seated in a fulcrum stretch over a dowel in my lap.

It feels really light so I’m going to add another pound in moment to see what happens.

This is the first time I’ve tried this so I will keep the weight down for the first few times.

As the weight settles in I can feel a pull on the base of my penis where I’ve never felt pulling before.

With the extra pound added I can feel more of the pull on the shaft as opposed to the ligaments with standing and BTC.

I’ll try this for a few weeks to mix things up and measure then.

Wow, fulcrum hanging is tough on the old unit!

I just finished 10 minutes of seated fulcrum hanging with 4 pounds over a wooden dowel and I can immediately feel the stretch across the top of my penis.

I was worried that my clamp would let go at such an angle, but it has held nicely and I have discovered a different way to stress the unit.

I love this PE stuff!

Fulcruming after stand set again.

I had to get a longer dowel, as the shorter one dug into my leg during the set.

Now I have the longer one I’m much more comfortable and settling in for a good stretch with four pounds for ten minutes, which I will do for a few more days until I get used to this new exercise.

I tried five pounds on the fulcrum today and found it to be quite comfortable, and I might increase the weight again and see what happens.

No loss of EQ, so I’m upping the fulcrum weight again this morning to 6 1/2 pounds.

Well see what happens then.

Hmm, still quite comfortable and I’m easily able to manage this for .20 minutes.
