What do you think would be best if one has the possibility to do almost all day PE ?

ADS ? Hanging ?

My roomate doesn’t bother.


Starting stats: 6.4" / 5.6" Current Stats: 7.4" / 5.8" Short term goal: 7" / 6" Long term goal: 8" / 6.5"

Hang for 2 hours (6 session of 20 minutes each with 10 minutes of rest between each session) and wear an ADS for the rest of the day.

I have days when I hang for a total of 6 hours(3-4 hours with 3 lbs and 2-3 hours with 1 lb,the latter weight being more like an ads). I use a vacuum hanger.

Well 3 lbs is more like a stretcher, not getting really close to hanging. Have you had any gains using this routine?

I made that vacuum hanger. Thanks for the help. Have you managed to do your own sleeves ?

Yes, it’s more like a stretcher, but I’m new to hanging and don’t want to go overboard. I can feel the stretch in my ligs at this weight(BTC).
