I’m hanging 2 times per day at 10 min per hang, at 2 lbs

I am aiming to get to 3 x 10 min per hang.

I didn’t want to start out at 3, I started at 1 x 10 min per hang.

I read a lot about hanging on TP, and would like to know if anyone thinks I am doing too little to gain any length.

I mix it up with a 20-30 min jelq and stretches.

I also combine this with alternate days of pumping 3 x 10 min sessions.

I would like to hear from hangers with experience who think that if I’m wasting my time to give their point of view.

It would save a lot of wasted time.

I guess I’m wondering if after one month you even notice you have weight hanging on your unit? 2 lbs seems really light for only ten minutes. Are you hanging BTC? Do you get lig fatigue?

I do get sore, and I’m hanging straight down over the edge of the bath. I try to put my legs up on the sink, but it’s difficult. I do feel very tired afterwards, unit does feel like it’s had a work out. Sometimes my penis feels sore.

This might not be an option, but if you found a place more comfortable to hang you might not get tired so quickly. Look into a pulley system possibly.

I feel that 2 lbs doesn’t warrant using a hanger, I’m pretty sure an ADS would have done the job. However, if it get you gains, don’t stop!

If you’re focused on hanging to gain length right now, I would get rid of the every-other-day pumping and just hang every day (with a break now and then). And I’d cut out manual stretching and reduce the jelqing to a few minutes a day, just to maintain penile health. Hanging takes dedication, and the more time you can devote to it, the more you’re likely to gain.

I must be careful not to move so much as it starts to swing.

I’m hanging 5.5 pounds as we speak. Thought id try more as I’ve been hanging 2 pounds for a month and aaaaaaaaaa wait..

Slight burning, actually I’m feeling kinda sweaty and light headed.

Feeling that burn, and holding in there, no pain though.

My question is this, does anyone else feel like this when tyring a weight increase?

Ofcourse, its called fatigue. Dont move up too quick, 1 or 2 lbs a week is good as your penis needs to condition before you can move up higher

Burning? Sounds like your skin is stretching. It’s a normal but not-too-fun part of hanging :)

You guys who hang a lot.

You cannot tell me that you hang with no cold glans and no blood in the glans, because it happens to me all the time.

My penis doesn’t turn purple or white it stays the same, but fatigue and coldness comes fast.

I wrap a bandage around 1 inch behind my glans sometimes further back if I’m hanging much heavier.

Does this sound about right?

It sounds ok. I assume youre using a compression kind of hanger (Bib)? Generally as you condition your tissues and work on your technique, the coldness problems will go away. You dont want any numbness though. Limit set time and lightly jelq afterwards.

I do jelq between sets.

At the moment 5.5lbs 2 x 10 min.

Bandage wrap, then a small belt over that gets a very good grip, I tie the weight to the belt and hang down, with the belt around my penis of course.

My head feels as glans as a stone to touch. Is that normal?

Oh and after a hanging session, when I start to jelq, my penis goes as hard as a rock, the hardest I’ve ever been, weird huh?

No. Do you have any blood above the hanger/in the penis head.

Ive experienced the same.

Yes little blood stays in, the thing is if I try to squeeze it all out, the hanger won’t stay on, because it’s almost like there is nothing to grip on, and then there’s the fiddling around whilst trying to tighten the strap etc.

I noticed today also, that the very tiny veins at the end of my shaft, (on top of glans cause I’m uncut) when I stretch the foreskin back a few of them are very dark brown almost black, is this a common thing.

I can still get hard very easy and there is no pain or discomfort.

you’re supposed to squeeze the blood out of your glans before you attach the hanger. this prevents you from getting a discolored glans due to what i could only guess are small hemorrhaged blood vessels in the glans (if you don’t push the blood out before you attach the hanger).
