Hi Im new to this forum and PE, been reading it for a little while though.
I think it ROCKS, so much info at one place and its FREE, i send thanks to all the moderators for doing such a superb job.

This is a question to bib and other vets,

i started hanging about a week ago with a homemade hanger, at first i hung 4.4 lbs and now im up hanging 6.6 lbs. I cant hang more then it hurts to bad. Is that low weight for a starter ?

Ive been experimenting with different wraps and positions for the hanger, but i cant get much higher than 6.6 lbs in weight, will i be able to hang more in time ?

So now i do 2 sets at 6.6 lbs btc, then ive had enough and feel pretty stretched in the ligs and abs, should i push it for 4 sets or maybe go back down to 4.4 lbs to do 4 sets or is 2 sets at max weight “enough” ?

Well, that all depends on you and what you are feeling. First, you must determine if the pain comes from the actual work upon the ligs and tunica, or if it is caused by the hanger itself. It could be skin pain or bruising or pinching that keeps you from moving up. If it is from the work, then all is well. If you feel the fatigued, worked out feeling in the ligs and tunica, that is what you want. You need to stay at that weight until you no longer feel the work.

If there is no problem with the hanger, you should be able to move up in time. Try only one or two pounds per week. You will be amazed at how quickly your penis becomes stronger.

I cannot answer whether more sets would be more effective, or more weight. What would happen if you did two sets at 6.6, and two sets at 4.4? I always hung at my max until I had to lower the weight. Then, I decreased the weight as needed until I reached about 1/2 my max. Then, I would call it a day.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and order a Bib hanger. Bib is not the type to suggest you buy from him BUT… NOBODY, I repeat, NOBODY has the experience that Bib has. I considered making my own hanger BUT WHY? To save a couple bucks? We are talking about our dicks. How much is that WORTH? Bib’s hangers are the result of his OWN considerable efforts and experimentation. Blood flow, nerve health, weight distribution, comfort, etc, etc. If you really want a bigger dick. And you are gonna hang… the answer is very easy.

I do feel that there could be some “optimization” regarding to my hanger. This is the second serious design and its definantly better than the first i made. This ones made from flexible clear PVC, the other was made from hard unflexible kitchen plumbing pipe. To anyone making their own hanger, i recommend strongly that you go for the flexible stuff, preferably with thick inner walls, just my own experience.

NotEnough, I tried to order the bib hanger but paypal has to validate my creditcard first, apparently this takes time because its overseas. So i built my own hangar to see how far i could push it in weight and to get the “most of the time” while waiting for the bib hanger. With the praise the hanger design is getting everywhere one would be unserious about hanging not to try it. Dont worry i wont make the mistake and NOT try it ;)

Bib, I do feel that alot of the pain comes from pinching and bruising and not actual work. Although at 6.6 lbs theres work on the ligs and abs i do feel i could push it higher if it wasnt for the pain at the attachment site of the hanger. Maybe the bib hanger can eliminate some attachment pain, then im definantly going one step up instantly.

Im gonna try out with an aggresive training method which im starting as of today.

Its gonna be :

3 days of

10 min of serious jelq and Ulis in the morning
3-4 sets at max weight from morning to early evening
10 min of serious jelq and Ulis before sleep

1 day or more till 95-100% full recouperation

Maybe ill change it along the way, the idea is to combine jelq and hanging as both serious ways to gain. What if they worked in tandem and growth could be doubled vs only jelq or only hanging. Im sure others have thought of this, anyone has a similar program ? results ?

Also bib, i know some of you guys have done almost everything regarding to hanging, but i got this idea. Im thinking of buying a little trolley wheel and attaching it at bed height at the wall at the end of my bed. Then i could hang 2.2 lbs all night with a lightly attached hanger. The hanger and wrap would be put on differently from daytime hanging to allow circulation of blood all night. Maybe that way healing would occur in a more stretched state and thus increasing growth. What do you think, have you heard of or tried something like this

wx set up the site to accept straight CC orders. It no longer has to go through Paypal. Well, it is through paypal, but you do not have to join. However, it may not let you because you have submitted your info in order to join. I dunno.

Since you have the soft PVC, it is really easy to make adjustments with an exacto knife. Just reduce the offensive areas. If you made the modified, watch for pinching on the bottom where the inner piece comes together. Very easy to trim it down.

Be careful about doing Ulis and jelqing before hanging. The manual work tends to make the skin more sensitive, and can make the hanging uncomfortable. Try to always do any manual work after hanging. Of course, you need to do light milking between sets and after hanging to restore circulation.

I would be very careful about trying any prolonged hanging without being able to observe your penis. This is simply not smart, even with only two pounds. Be very careful. If you are bound to try it, at least do several hours while you are awake to be able to see the consequences.

thanks for your feedback, ill definantly be careful if i try an overnight hanging, if i do it ill keep you posted on the results

also ill try to order the hanger again tonight, hopefully i can get around paypal as you said.
