Is a Vacu-hanger more convenient than a Bib?
I want to get back into hanging but I don’t really care for the Bib hHnger. Not because I don’t think it works, but because I absolutely loath wrapping and the 20 minute and under sets aren’t exactly fun either.
But is Monkeybar’s Vacu-Hanger really more convenient? I like the idea of not having to wrap and extended time sets but it seems as if just about everyone has problems with blisters and fluid buildup. I have read about taping your head with medical tape but that sounds like it is just about as much of a hassle as wrapping for a bib hanger.
So I have read a ton about Monkeybar’s Vacu-Hanger but am not sold one way or another. So I guess for everyone who has one, would you recommend it? I am especially curious about those who have tried other hangers before and now use this.
