Is Deconditioning Under Rated?
There’s something I’ve noticed over the years of on and off again hanging. That is the importance of a good deconditioning break. Have you ever noticed that after you quit hanging, you continue to make gains for a couple weeks anyway? During the healing process I usually just perform hand cranks on my schlong with an OK grip around the head. I will do that 2 or 3 times a day for just a few minutes. That seems to be enough maintenance for me to keep from losing any gains for a couple months. I know a lot of people set out to yank on their penises for 6 months to a year straight. But, is that realistic? There are actually some good advantages to deconditioning that are overlooked. #1, you get to take a break. #2, you most likely won’t lose any gains, you might actually grow a little more. #3, when you go back to hanging after a couple of months, reaching fatigue and making gains is actually easier at the same or lower weight/tension. Overall, I feel like the Decond part of hanging should be something to look forward to. Once the gains stop, and it gets harder and harder to maintain fatigue, guess what, its time to Decond. These are just my observations and I’m curious to know if others have noticed the same when it comes to deconditioning.
