Is my routine flawed?
What i would like to know is what should I do to improve my routine. I go Mon-Fri and I was thinking that I should do some routine on the weekend but I barely have time.
Mon- Fri
Hang BTC (using the Bib starter with only theraband) 6 sets everyday between 10 and 17.5 pounds
sometimes I do the sets back to back some times not then ill do 3 in the morning and 3 at night
and then i jelq occasionally after my sets.
Are there any problems in my routine? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
