Just finished my 2nd month of newbie routine.

Just finished my 2nd month of newbie routine.

Looking todo alittle hanging. made small gains during the newbie routine. But looking to Run with the big dogs now. Does anyone know a good hanging routine for someone of my skill level. yet to look at all the details on hanging. Going to take a look into,after I get an okay on hanging. Spend about 2weeks reading before actual hanging. dont want to sit any days out on the bench or weeks for that matter(hanging can do these kinds of things).

I made the “Captains Wench” from parts at Walmart and Canadian Tire. I don’t use the clamps because I couldn’t find them. Instead, I use a shoe string. It hangs 10 lbs nicely. Also, for wrap I used medical binding tape (re-useable).


Start: October 1, 2007: BPFL 15.2 cm, EG 5 inches

Current: October 16, 2007: BPFL 15.5 cm, EG 5 inches

Goal: NBPEL: 12 inches, EG 8 inches
